Construction time will vary depending on the size of the space, the complexity of the design, and the scope of the work. Typically, domestic spaces (such as living rooms, bedrooms, kitchens) will take about 2 to 4 weeks to complete. Commercial spaces or larger projects may take longer, about 4 to 8 weeks.
Once the design is finalized, we will provide a detailed construction schedule and maintain continuous communication with the client during the construction period to ensure that the project is completed on time.
We attach great importance to budget management. We will discuss the budget range with you in detail at the beginning of the design and provide a suitable design plan based on the budget. During the process, we will select materials and control costs according to your budget, and provide cost details regularly to let you know the expenditure at each stage.
If the budget changes during the project, we will communicate with you in advance and help adjust the plan to meet the budget.
Design changes are acceptable during the construction process, but may affect time and budget. If you have any design modification requirements, we will discuss with the design team as soon as possible and propose feasible solutions.
After the changes are confirmed by both parties, the construction plan will be formally adjusted, and the most reasonable adjustments will be made within the budget and time frame to ensure the quality of the project and your satisfaction.
